30-Day Limited Warranty Policy
All vehicles sold by Urban X Vans come with a 30-day limited warranty covering major mechanical and electrical components, with a £500 per claim limit.
The warranty period begins on the date of collection.
This warranty operates on a return-to-base basis, meaning any repairs or inspections must be carried out at our premises in Willenhall, West Midlands.
The warranty covers the cost of parts and labour for approved repairs up to the claim limit.
The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear items (such as brakes, tyres, clutches, exhausts, batteries, etc.), cosmetic defects, or faults arising from neglect, misuse, or modifications made after purchase.
Any work or repairs carried out without prior authorisation from Urban X Vans will not be covered under this warranty.
This warranty is offered as a goodwill gesture and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which remain unaffected.
